The exercise is designed to demonstrate performance improvement through learning, to give participants a chance to experience the After Action Review (AAR) and Peer Assist processes, and a Knowledge Asset.

We run public courses as well where in delegates from different companies possessing different backgrounds and businesses attend. Online Training Programs:
We conduct our online courses in a web-based classroom using web conferencing tool.
These are live presentation by the trainer with whiteboards, webpage sharing, voice, and video over the internet support. We use the same conferencing tool that is being used by leading universities such as Ohio State University, and University of Pennsylvania. Moreover, we use this
technology for our corporate clients as well. The participants will have the chance to interact with the trainer instantaneously giving them a feel of face-to-face session with the faculty in a physical classroom.
